Manages or participates in handling pending or threatened administrative litigation or disputes, including litigation strategy, drafting and submission of pleadings, discovery, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and other litigation activities.
Provides consultative services to secure integration of new or modified assets in the company network infrastructure by assisting with identifying requirements and the evaluation, selection and implementation of vendor products and services.
The Supply Chain Contract Specialist is responsible for contract drafting, negotiation, contract amendments, and maintaining system-wide contracts for Information Technology supplies, commodities and/or related services for assigned areas.
Collaborates with external reporting function and regulatory accounting function to ensure accurate reporting of income taxes for Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) reporting.
