As an Application Engineer you'll be responsible for the daily monitoring, management, troubleshooting and issue resolution for all the software components of our hosted platform. You'll work closely with our Infrastructure Operations and Software Development Teams in order to provide end-to-end platform support and application management services.
Platform Support and Issue Resolution - Participate in the daily management of all hardware and operating system (OS) platforms within the IMS Hosted Environment, including, but not limited to, the Mobile Commerce Management platforms.
As a Product Manager associated with Mobile division of POS solutions, you will be responsible for driving the vision for Group's mobile payment solutions, leading the technical strategy and closely working with other technologists to define key architectural capabilities for POS terminals, guide development teams on their successful implementation with focus on customer satisfaction, and ensure the long term stability, security and scalability of the solutions.
Manage customer and partner relationships, present Ingenico solutions to the customer, close the sales and ensure the solutions are delivered and supported in a manner satisfactory to the customer's expectations.
