Manages EPIM for access to various systems; provision privileged userids for FEPOC associates; managing access, roles, permissions etc. to various systems including windows servers, midrange UNIX servers, mainframe and applications.
Responsible to ensure that all master templates for insurance / disability contracts, benefit guides and other supportive forms are drafted, filed timely, installed in production, legally compliant, and are met with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Initiates and designs complex department communications, policies and procedures for both internal and external usage, coordinates internal reporting requirements for the department, creates presentations for management, educates teams and management on issues, policies and procedures where appropriate.
Organize workshops and presentations that help promote agile maturity across the organization. Conduct training which includes, but is not limited to, the areas of release planning, backlog grooming, story writing, roles and responsibilities, as well as the ceremonies of Scrum, Kanban and technical best-practices.
Performs architecture design for small to medium size of the projects, leads the detail technical design, coding, code review and testing cross teams on multiple platforms and creates efficient and maintainable new applications.
Plans and produces various financial reports. Analyzes trends, calculates and verifies data. Interfaces with other areas to develop reporting specifications, methods and procedures, and prioritizes requests.
