Promote products and increase usage of products to select call points, including HCP's, hospitals, patient support groups, distributors and specialty pharmacies. Develops customer advocates for promoted products.
Execute marketing strategies at the local level, leveraging resources appropriately and working successfully with company team members and counterparts to share ideas and information to enhance business results.
Identify and develop influential business relationships with the focus on anticipating and exceeding needs, with key customers/influencers/prescribers, speakers, thought and opinion leaders, state and local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, and managed care personnel/organizations when appropriate.
Work with Syneos Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives on a consistent basis, evaluating, coaching and directing sales presentations while providing guidance, coaching, and development of sales professionals in all phases of their work.
Understand and address both business and scientific oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialog to determine underlying patient needs and determine how products could address such needs.
Develops and executes geographical strategic and tactical plans to meet customer and business needs; Provides education and support to targeted accounts and HCPs on manufacturers' support programs and available patient access services.
