iA Excellence Life Insurance Company, a member of the iA Group, is seeking an attorney to fill a permanent position on its litigation team.
Participating in the FundServ Segregated Funds Committee and ensures that new features and requirements are supported.
Work in close collaboration with the directors of sales to develop a marketing plan for their regions, particularly for the delivery of iA Excellence product and software knowledge to the MGAs.
Collaborate with colleagues in product management and product marketing in developing and maintaining current, accurate and impactful support for funds in focus.
Participates in projects to improve customer service and operations quality and efficiency and responsible for the continuous improvement for FundServ processes.
Provide communications expertise and advice to senior leaders in order to achieve business objectives; write and edit clean copy for all corporate communications initiatives.
Creating and developing strong business relationships with our partners, including consulting actuary firms and Group Retirement brokers; developing, with our partners, customized solutions for our clients and prospective clients that meet their needs.
Assists in identifying and implementing business strategies for the Group sectors; create partner networks that support growth and support teams in achieving results.
Design, develop, implement and deliver training programs specifically designed for the MGA; build and maintain relationships with assigned MGAs (Managing General Agents).
