Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of product life cycle including product market strategy, roadmap, Product Requirement Document (PRD) and delivery/positioning to customers. It is both a customer-facing and R&D-facing role.

The Deal Desk Manager will be responsible for supporting sales during complex sales cycles. Support large and complex standard and non-standard deals with a strong business insight regarding pricing, licensing, product knowledge and revenue recognition rules.
