Supervises assigned Electrical maintenance and repair staff during the first, second, third and weekend shifts; works from prints, diagrams, specification, and instructions covering emergency and scheduled repairs.
Provides Division Officers with training on Navy maintenance policy and processes, Navy maintenance and ship organizations, the 3-M Program, and maintenance availability planning and management at an introductory level.
Provide analysis, design, development, implementation and support leveraging SharePoint 2013 and Microsoft BI capabilities; understand business requirements, goals, and risks in order to formulate and define technical scope and objectives of projects.
Create and update project reports and communications on regular schedules and as needed to support special requests; reports/communications will include all project information related to scope, schedule, budget, issues, and other relevant information.
Manage and coordinate the full range of activities in Subcontracts and Purchasing, as well as procurement support as it pertains to Bids & Proposal, the utilization of Small Businesses and Corporate credit card programs.
Responsible for the management of a significant amount of CDRLs and various program and management reports; active participant of daily and weekly team meetings and face-to-face meetings with customer.
Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison for most of the following areas: succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development.
Manages operations and maintenance of all utility systems to include water/waste-water treatment, steam plants, electrical, compressed air, oily waste and waste oil collection and treatment, and salt water pumping and distribution.
Manages the Quality Management System (QMS) through documented inspections, customer satisfaction surveys, review of performance data, and generation and verification of appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
