Partner across PR and corporate communications to align and represent the Hulu brand and company values internally. Manage Hulu's employee awards participation.
Collaborate with Sales and Ad Ops Management to ensure all aspects of campaign planning and setup, management, and creative implementation are upheld with efficient processes.
Execute UX/UI for tools like Hulu's CMS, data and partner portals, and viewer support applications. Develop and implement design systems to scale.
Contribute to improving operational excellence by developing and sharing best practices across the organization, utilizing metrics, and customer feedback to drive improvements into the operation.
Synthesize contact drivers from all support channels and socialize with leadership to ensure issues are being addressed through product improvements, viewer messaging and/or self-help.
Manage a high performing team focused on design, delivery and execution of answers and experience within self-help channels (in-product, web, community).
Oversee compliance for sales and use, property, payroll, city and business tax and other regulatory returns.
Build and present well-communicated strategies to executives and provide a logical framework for future innovation. Identify new channels and creative opportunities for the brand to activate.
Understand market trends and competitors and develop marketing strategies to increase our market presence and penetration.

Manage E and R email and push marketing campaigns from end to end; strategy, calendaring, creative trafficking, implementation, deployment, optimization, monitoring, reporting and analysis.
Serve as the strategic leader and voice for all paid media related acquisition initiatives within the company.
