As the Productivity Specialist, you will help to identify products that will optimize a machine's performance and operation, and recommend the latest technology to fill new needs while supporting our customers' continuous improvement goals.
Supporting existing accounts and identifying additional opportunities in the territory; establishing and managing new accounts; demonstrating products, and articulating capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
Evaluating and negotiating with welfare and benefits partners to ensure the quality and reliability of services, and analyzing market conditions as they relate to current and future costs of those plans; ensuring that recruiting practices are in compliance with OFCCP regulations.
Maintains close relationships with Applications Engineering, Product Management, Customer Order Service, Credit and other departments to ensure efficient and timely processing of inquiries, quotations, proposals and complaints.
Providing product demonstrations of hardware and software to prospective customers; assisting regional sales team, providing product recommendations for customers' applications; developing, preparing, conducting customer training classes in machine operations and programming.
