Collaborate across functions (e.g., finance, PI, HR, Quality) to assess and inform nursing clinical practice, administrative data, and clinical operations in order to answer unit, facility, and division-level business questions
Identify, suggest and lead implementation of specific programs, best practices, standards, operational indicators and products & services to support the long-range strategic direction of the organization.
The Chief Plant Engineer is under the direct supervision of the Plant Operations Director and assists in the overall operation of the department to provide an optimum and cost-effective operation of all equipment, buildings, and grounds and other hospital properties.
The Chief Radiation Therapist perform technical and supervisory duties in the Radiation Therapy department, enforcing departmental rules and regulations and ensuring that department procedures and protocols are carried out.
The position requires intimate knowledge of both department and hospital policies and procedures relevant to the delivery of nursing care. Interpretive skills, frequent interactive and consultative associations along with management and supervisory skills are inherent in the position.
Responsibility and accountability for planning, organizing and directing nursing care for Maternal Health, Labor & Delivery (L&D) Postpartum, Pediatrics and Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) and Level II/III Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU).
