Responsible for directing sales activities within an assigned region for a division. Develop and implement long and short-term business strategies to effectively achieve regional profit and growth initiatives.
Monitors and standardizes the use of agent productivity to measure and analyze specialists schedule efficiencies. Works with center leadership to help identify the most and least productive specialists for training, coaching and employee incentive and rewards programs.
Apply consumer and market insight to reinforce the current business model and support the expansion and customization of existing products, introduction of new products, and expanded customer segmentation initiatives to exponentially drive sales and incremental profitable revenue streams.
Use research, data, and analytics insights to inform design and copywriting decisions. Collaborate with creative and digital team members to ideate and execute digital assets that adhere to brand guidelines.
Coordinates with technical staff to ensure implementation of new products and/or changes to existing products by managing all programming request and development requests in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.
Establish and maintain excellent rapport with key decision-makers and influencers at assigned clients. Make account calls in sufficient quantity to maintain existing revenues and generate incremental new sales.
Supports the success of company clients through direct client consultation via in-person or phone strategy sessions. Serves as subject matter expert for development of pricing strategy for new products/solutions.
