Of more than 3,200 Joint Commission-accredited hospitals that reported 2016 data, only 480 were named 2017 Pioneers in Quality hospitals.     Great River Health System broke ground today for a 19,000-square-foot clinic in Keokuk. Four times larger than the health systems existing clinic in the city, it will provide expanded primary and specialty care services. The clinic on Main Street is expect to open in about one year.
