The Production Manager provides leadership and support for the implementation, development and direction of production teams within our cheese plant. In addition, manages manufacturing quality, efficiencies, labor costs, plant safety, personnel, scheduling, sanitation, system issues, consumption, and yields.
Provide business system analysis and process design expertise within the warehousing business function, and turn requirements into system solutions. Perform SAP or other system configuration as required to support functional requirements.
Communicate information for effective implementation/maintenance of quality audit processes such as the SQF System/Regulatory/audits including the need to report food safety issues to appropriate personnel.
