Use statistical modeling and advanced analytical tools to perform prescriptive and predictive analytics that help optimize processes and improve its key performance metrics.
Actively engaging with your book of business on any/all issues, questions, concerns in managing their company benefits, including health insurance policies and spending accounts.
Serve as the go-to technical lead for high priority technical topics (new product builds, joint application design sessions with enterprise customers, etc.)
Ensure the accurate reporting from the WFM team is delivered on a timely basis to prevent staffing/scheduling issues.
Embedded in the business unit to comprehend the strategic and day to day operations to provide consultation on various human resources matters - staffing, employee relations, training, etc.
