Create tools for Risk Policy, Operations and Compliance teams to Operationalize Risk mitigation strategies; work with 3rd party vendors to bring rich datasets into the system to fight fraud.
Deeply understand our customers needs for taking payments, how well our current solution addresses them, and how the competition compares; develop, articulate, and sell the vision for taking payments, and the strategy to get there.
Manage ambiguity, work autonomously, multi-task, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems across cross-functional teams; manage all the parties to the project deliverables and ensure delivery by the team.
Develop strategy for merchant and partner reporting; the strategy will address the varying needs of customers depending on their size and sophistication.
Research the needs of partners and create and launch risk, compliance, and operations tools they can use independent of our bundled service; evaluate and integrate targeted third-party data and tool providers to enhance the overall solution.
Broad understanding of the full range of payments compliance across card network and regulatory agencies; excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrate value of the partnerships by delivering results, including new merchant/customer acquisitions and processing volume; negotiate new agreements and amendments with existing partners as related to any new opportunities or renewals.
Collaborate closely with the Compliance Operations Manager to maintain policies and procedures applicable to the team, including iterating on existing workflows to streamline and add efficiency.
Work will be focused on designing, building and maintaining high-performance, scalable, reliable services; you will implement good patterns for scale and be empowered to enforce the high availability.
The company is growing at a rapid pace and we expect that rate to dramatically increase; therefore we need to double down on a reliable and performant infrastructure to handle the load.
Proactively identify new opportunities and angles that will excite our target media and/or grow our position of thought leadership, including creating new news opportunities.
