Togmoddorj is a 69-year-old mechanic living in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. He was left unable to work after suffering a stroke caused by undiagnosed hypertension. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in #Mongolia and 25% of the population suffers from #hypertension. #Ulaanbaatar is the first city for #BetterHeartsBetterCities interventions, a #NovartisFoundation initiative that aims to promote cardiovascular health in low-income urban communities by improving the prevention, management and control of hypertension. : @dr.alexkumar
