As a key member of the HR leadership team the Head of HR will provide counsel and strategic guidance to senior leadership while executing a HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
Director, Physician Compensation will administer, evolve, and champion the newly designed physician compensation program, and work closely with senior leaders, colleagues, and physicians to ensure that physician compensation is understood and accepted by the physician staff.
