The Engineer is responsible for providing post-sales engineering and consulting design and implementation services related to hardware and software technologies; and providing presales support by assisting the development, review and validation of customer solutions.
Participate in project Scope creation as needed and accurately assesses the time and resources required to fulfill services within this Practice.
Lead the planning and implementation of project(s) throughout the project lifecycle, initiation through closure.
Manage the day-to-day sales process including handle incoming Requests for Quotes, provide technical information, create proposals and order processing.
Work closely with Sales Managers, Vendors, and Internal Resources to ensure open communications and delivery of the contracted solutions to our customers.
Provide leadership on driving the entire sales process that includes customizing the specific offering and communicating the proposal to the client.
