Coordinates onsite with the electrical, mechanical and controls trade subcontractors to ensure that the mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work is installed safely, of the highest quality, and in accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements.
Help familiarize Fortis and subcontractor superintendents, project managers and workers with the Fortis safety manual. Help ensure observation, inspection, anticipation, evaluation and abatement of risks and hazards on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for the monthly preparation of construction draw requests in accordance with the construction budget. Includes the review of pay application requests received from subcontractors, supplier invoices and coordinate the approval of those items with the Job Site Construction.
Accountable for the development and updating of a campus-wide scheduling program for multiple mission critical projects. Reports to the Sr. Project Manager and works in concert with the Sr. Site Superintendent.
