Coordinates onsite with the electrical, mechanical and controls trade subcontractors to ensure that the mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work is installed safely, of the highest quality, and in accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements.
Help ensure observation, inspection, anticipation, evaluation and abatement of risks and hazards on an ongoing basis. Ensure subcontractors provide their safety programs, JHAs, SDSs, and safety resources to help promote an injury-free environment.
Project Scheduler will be expected to provide hands-on management of the scheduling efforts and provide guidance to other team members interacted with on a daily basis. This individual will be required to interact with the Fortis project team, client teams, subcontractors and vendors.
Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order. Systems take-off, pricing, and cost accuracy and assessment through the entirety of the design phase into the construction phase.
