ForgeRock provides identity and access management through its primary product, the ForgeRock Identity Platform.[better source needed] The product is built on Sun’s open source identity and access management projects. The ForgeRock Identity Platform includes Access Management (built from the OpenAM open source project), Identity Management (built from the OpenIDM open source project), Directory Services (built from the OpenDJ open source project), and Identity Gateway (built from the OpenIG open source project).
