Coordinate internal control (Bill 198) testing for the group, Review & Consolidate BSR reports and Management; assist with remediation efforts for internal control deficiencies. Manage internal control audits and ensure remediation of key findings.
Overseeing staff performing payroll, disbursements, invoicing and monthly general ledger entries, closing, and reconciliation; demonstrate a firm grasp of financial and accounting concepts and practices.
Provide professional Labour Relations programs and services to management and staff within multi-size unionized plant environments, working closely with Operations staff and Union representative in grievance resolution, contract interpretation and administration, collective bargaining, hourly/salaried recruitment and selection, hourly employee disability management, hourly learning and development and hourly job classifications.
Support Business Development and Commercial functions in the pursuit of new projects/work through the creation of HSE tender documentation and clarifications, and attending high-level customer visits where necessary.
Managing medium to large sized purchase orders and supply contracts for global projects; provision of timely after-sales support and resolution of order management issues as required with internal & external stakeholders.
