The FlexITy Project Manager is a key core member of FlexITy Solutions and provides critical support to the sales cycle and leadership to the delivery teams. When on-site the FlexITy Project Manager acts as an ambassador on behalf of FlexITy ensuring customer satisfaction through the effective, profitable, and consistent delivery of projects.
As a Network Specialist, you will be part of the Technical Assistance Center (TAC), reporting to the Director of Technical Support Services. You will provide technical support via phone, email and remote access to customer sites where solutions are deployed; and proactively manage and monitor customer environments.
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will be part of the Managed Services Team, reporting directly to the Directors, Managed Services. The position will involve building and maintaining a technically-focused relationship with our customer base by gaining a deep understanding of their environments to ensure FlexITy® can deliver the highest level of support and services.
