Participate in the up-front design, system configuration, testing, and implementation of technology-enabled business solutions; lead design sessions and assist in the implementation of the Five9 solution.
Manage projects within SoCoCare applications in the area of customer care delivered over text channels; prioritize team backlog of features and defects resolution based on your experience with customer care products using chat, email and social text channels.
Implement testing methodologies (e.g. A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates, content, email templates, landing pages, offers, etc.), optimize campaign results, and measure the relative impact of various tactics, messages, and media.
Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting and SEC guidance, provide US GAAP interpretation and prepare technical memoranda that document issues in a clear, logical and comprehensive manner.
This role requires in-depth knowledge in the areas of IT audit and regulatory compliance; utilize your strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify opportunities for improvement and propose new strategies.
Identify and develop impactful partner and sales enablement materials and collateral, including brochures, datasheets, sales presentations, videos, product demos and partner and sales training materials.
