Demonstrates knowledge of safety management practices and skills needed to focus attention on the necessity of safe operations in all areas, together with an understanding of federal and state safety standards and regulations.
In relation to subordinates, is responsible for employment decisions, training and development; planning and directing the work; disciplining; handling employee complaints or grievances; and handling performance reviews.
Establishes system and network parameters as necessary to bring about optimal network performance and monitors network equipment resources to ensure sufficient resources are available for continued processing.
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for approximately 100 locations nationally, including management on the Applicant Tracking System, fostering strong relationships with the hiring managers.
Manage all accounting functions of the location including: Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable to include daily Billing data entry/reconciliation, Trip edit process, payment collections, Fare collection and reconciliation.
