Address associate personnel issues, including questions about firm policy and procedure, leaves of absence, flexible vacation time, opportunities for committee and/or administrative work, interpersonal challenges involving a supervisor or peer, performance reviews, hours elections, career development plans, work opportunities, grievances, compensation and bonus matters, reduced hours scheduling, office transfers, mentoring, transitions, outplacement counseling, coaching needs, and so on.
Works closely with the PGL and subgroup leaders to develop the group's strategic objectives. Manages all operations related to the practice group by working with the group's attorneys and the Firm's administrative departments to advance the group's goals.
Post-doctoral experience required. A USPTO registration number, superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must. When applying, please include a cover letter, resume, academic transcripts and a writing sample.
