Executes the strategy through brand discovery, business modeling, legal agreement process, and operationalization required to stand up New Licensed and Multicultural business opportunities within Business Development.
Coordinate and facilitate support activities with business partners across MCCS and company's, including Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, Agent Experience, Finance, Human Resources, and Learning & Leadership.
Communicates and collaborate with HR and Legal business partners, system liaisons, governance teams as well as serves as strategic communications support to company's HR and Legal senior leadership teams.
Decides and prioritizes the deliverables of platform components, participates and recommends the technical direction of the platform, and influences how project teams in departments develop and support dependent applications.
Responsible for Manage the creation of all project level automation test plans, detailed test plan, or phase level plans such as component, system integration or user acceptance test plan; drives the testing phase, ensuring QA/test staff execute effectively and adhere to all Q4M processes and standards.
The Manager will deliver compelling presentations to enhance decision making and propose solutions to open questions and risks. When assuming full ownership over assigned initiatives, the Manager S&I will enjoy significant exposure to business leaders across functions. Performs other duties as assigned.
