Participate to the gate review and validate the industrial gate reviews; contribute to program tracking consolidation; propose division industrial plans to optimize footprint and equipment utilization.
Achieve financial targets: prepare and present the UAP budget; manage the actual production costs based on "ideal" costs; maintain product margin, and monitor serial productivity (labor level, material consumption, etc.).
Coordinates and assists management in all talent acquisitions activities including but not limited to talent staffing and talent pipeline development, high school and university relations, and community partnerships.

Develop templates for escalation process in areas of shipping, receiving, material storage, and inventory, and train PC&L team on system processes; definition of plant floor layout, equipment use, material flow, container requirements, and inventory control; train Master Scheduler, and develop Master Scheduling Plan.
