Start by sitting comfortably in a chair with your arms by your sides. 2. Inhale as you move your shoulders forward and up and exhale as you move your shoulders back and down (make this a fluid circular motion). 3. Repeat until youve completed this movement 10 times. 4. Weve given you plenty of workouts to try. Now you need to stretch those muscles! This week, lets start with the neck! Check out our step-by-step instructions below! 1. Start either standing or sitting (whatever is most comfortable for you). 2. Your feet should be flat on the floor, shoulder-width apart. 3. Slowly turn your head to the right, as comfortable as possible, until you feel a slight stretch (Do not tip your head forward or backward). Hold for 10 seconds. 4. Repeat this movement on the left side. 5. Continue this stretch until youve completed it at least 3 times on each side. #streching #essencehealthcare #everythingessence
