Provide technical services in support of Combat System Ship Qualification Trials (CSSQT) and Test and Evaluation events. Services include development of Standard Operating Procedures, development and review of Test Plans and technical presentations in support of PEO IWS Program Reviews, CSSQT Annual Reviews, and System Engineering processes used in support of CSSQT and T&E events.

Provide direct technical support to the NSWC-PHD's waterfront AEGIS T&E efforts through monitoring status of Combat System Light-Off (CSLO), witnessing tests and validating combat systems and associated equipment in the combat systems suite.
Mid Level Engineer to review Engineering Drawings, CAD experience desired. Mechanical Engineering desired, experience with modeling, review new designs and changes.ASNE standards familiarity required.
Develop Aegis BMD Ground Test Documentation including Test Plans, PowerPoint presentations, MS Excel Data products and other supporting documentation and reports.
Provide support for Test Events at shipyards, onboard ships and test and training sites. Participate in and validate successful test conduct and maintain completion status.
Lead a team of personnel responsible for planning, scheduling, test plan development, and on-site execution support for BMD T&E events.
Support the Aegis BMD Element Mission Director (EMD) on site in the conduct of HWIL and Distributed Ground Test events.
Support Air Dominance Program as administrator for Windows Servers (2008/2012) and IIS web sites, MS SQL Servers (2008/2012/2014), and RSA SecurID.
Support the development of various reports and presentations utilizing Microsoft Office (Project and Excel experience is required) for internal and external customer use.
Provide engineering, technical, logistics, and material management services in establishing and maintaining diminishing material supply.
Provide oversight and direction for the development of combat systems level presentations, perform supportability analysis and provide results as required.
Meets financial objectives by forecasting, maintaining program budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Create, consolidate, coordinate and finalize Aegis BMD Monthly Report drafts for submission to NSWC PHD MDA Sponsor, Code PD452.
