Develop and set goals/objectives for the tax department in consultation with senior management and monitor performance against goals; provides leadership, recognition, and talent development opportunities for tax employees and direct staff in exercising appropriate judgment.
Serve as liaison between employees, management and human resources business partners in all areas of health services administration, including absence management and identification and resolution of related matters.
Work with EQT personnel, business partners, and applicable hardware and software vendors to evaluate new technologies and resolve any integration issues during testing and implementation projects as needed.
Ensures collaboration between shared services groups and business units to guarantee the alignment of purchases; perform risk analysis limiting negative impact; internally promote the purchasing function, and build long-lasting relationships with the shared services groups.
Preparing and reviewing securities filings and other securities documents for multiple public companies, including periodic reports, proxy statements and debt and equity offerings, and providing general advice on securities and disclosure matters;
