This is the last takeover installment (of 7) of #traveltips from EB adventure travel guide @tbfrost. Thanks for sharing your amazing travel stories with us, Trevor! ""Traveling can be tiring, so most of us find ourselves in bed at night, but dont forget to venture out after dark at least a few times during your adventures. In some places , like Argentina, people dont get moving until the evening. Here''s a shot I got of scientist @jtkerb exploring a plateau in the Ethiopian highlands at night."" | #liveyouradventure

""Lightweight jackets are infinitely more useful than almost any other clothing item on long term travel. Even when Im going somewhere super hot, I never forget a simple jacket like the Eddie Bauer Atlas. First, they are live savers on planes, because sometimes some planes are super cold. Also, as airlines crack down on carry-on sizes, a jacket with large pockets will be your best friend. The other reason I always bring a jacket is I never know what I might get into. In this photo Im on a safari in Kenya I was able to join rather last minute and without a jacket I wouldnt have been able to stand up in the Land Rover and feel the wind as we moved through the landscape. It is always the little things we remember, I swear!"" - @tbfrost | #liveyouradventure

""If you have plans to spend time with indigenous people on your adventure, remember these tips. Always do what they do. If they are sit on the ground: you should sit on the ground. If they offer you food they are eating: eat it. Be self deprecating. Be curious. These things have helped me immensely over the years when Im trying to earn the trust of local people I hope to photograph. In this photo an Aboriginal elder walks across a salt pan in the Australian bush."" - @tbfrost | #liveyouradventure

""Take time to visit wild places on your travels. If you plan to spend time in cities, some moments of quiet and calm of the wild will contrast the chaotic urban experiences. I took this photo of the moon rising over the Sahara desert in Morocco and I remember it was a wonderful, welcome break from the bustling city of Marrakech."" - @tbfrost | #liveyouradventure
