As Sr. Manager of Benefits you will administer employee benefits, generate and present reports and presentations to executives and senior management, prepare and conduct annual enrollment, conduct ADP / Benefitfocus data maintenance, complete benefit billing, conduct benefit data audit / reconciliation, and provide customer service support to both corporate and subsidiary employees.
Conduct product evaluations of security technologies as directed. Develop product comparisons and detailed reports. Make recommendations to management appropriate to the organization needs and requirements.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses proven leadership skills, demonstrated experience in Contract Change Management, as well as a strong ability to problem solve and implement tools and processes.
Design and implement: build pipeline, deployment, and configuration management. Work directly with the Infrastructure and Development teams to manage/update current development processes in the company.
