Assist the Director with the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic security and emergency management plan, including the evaluation of current and proposed departmental goals and objectives in accordance with UM CRH mission, vision, and values.
Leads the functional team in complex analysis, design, development, testing and support services for Invision Patient Management module; participates in the day to day tracking and follow-up on issues and questions of daily operations.
Ensures the confidentiality and rights of patients and employees and the confidentiality of all health system and departmental documents; attends hospital and departmental meetings as required or assigned.
Measures current organizational and process performance using a variety of qualitative and quantitative techniques including one-on-one user interviews, user workshops, surveys, observational studies, and statistical analysis.
Provides training for the staff on appropriate clinical interventions and develops clinical performance evaluation guidelines; prepare report of staff clinical interventions quarterly in spreadsheet format to the Director.
Manages the employee health service functions of the organization, including the operation of the employee health offices, annual or periodic immunizations and screening or other compliance events, administration of employee physicals, work-related injury diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations and ADA.
Supports and interprets the missions, vision, values, philosophy, objectives and standards of the hospital and nursing department; directs and coordinates implementation of patient care activities and nursing programs that promote attainment of same.
Responsible for directing, supervising, and supporting education and professional development for the health system; creates infrastructure to ensure effective strategies for professional growth and learning for all levels of clinicians.
