Administer contracts from contract execution, budget, auditing and analysis to contract close-out. Manages the development and delivery of contract performance metrics and SLAs for strategic contracts and vendors.
Directs the design, implementation and maintenance of a competitive base compensation structure. Creates policies, procedures and financial controls to ensure annual compensation and benefits spending is within budget.
Works with manager to ensure the organization is operating in compliance with internal guidelines, policies and procedures in major risk areas, including: advertising and marketing, enrollment management, academics, student finance, student services, and career services and other requirements of postsecondary education.
Manages and oversees the accurate and timely payment of wages to all employees and independent contractors including developing and maintaining documentation and controls for payroll related activities.
