Serve as the primary point of contact for the FTA. This assignment requires the PMOC to provide informed observations and a range of solutions to problems, regardless of their nature.

Ensure appropriate staffing and workload balancing for assigned projects and staff; consider available resources, staff skills sets and career development opportunities.
Work closely with the project managers, region marketing manager, and client managers to support business development and marketing pursuits.
Assisting in the overall management of a project, including supervision and oversight, plan and report preparation, permitting, preparation and monitoring of budgets and schedules, and maintaining positive client and staff relationships.
Schedule projects (understanding, creating, modifying, identifying the critical path), prepare and review cost estimates, and client coordination.
Supervise, direct, coordinate, monitor, and manage project inspectors and materials testers in the field or office.
