Participate as an R&D representative for product launch/start up by preparing all specifications related to product line (except packaging and fruits) and ensure that all documentation needed is available prior to start up.

This position manages the IS/IT team responsible to support the manufacturing, purchasing and quality systems. This individual is a leader and change agent within the global Danone IS/IT team and collaborates closely with the broader Operations business organization as well as other IS/IT teams, local in the US or global around the world.
Responsibilities include (1) Analytic expertise (Syndicated, Retailer POS, Panel, JDA) (2) develop action plans and recommendations based on data and insights (3) develop strategic vision and selling materials to support Category Growth Plan.
Consultative selling and promotion of products within customer segments in assigned territory through communicating with medical practitioners, dietitians and nurses. Plans and conducts programs and activities (in-services, continuing health education programs, regional meetings, etc.) that will drive growth of brands and products in territory.
Play a collaborative role with the brand teams in setting marketing objectives, strategies and business principles by providing guidance to business teams in identifying and articulating key business issues and opportunities for the assigned brands.
Develop and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Request for Information (RFIs), including collection of business requirements, management of vendor communications, review, analysis, and summaries of vendor responses, internal stakeholder meetings, savings calculations, and alignment on vendor selection.
