Develops the roadmap, requirements, specifications, architecture, and technology development needs for Tin Management in the EUV Source, which is required to improve optics lifetime, and overall system availability.
Understand the software response to system and controls requirements, develop software based on software requirements and design, create Test Specification Documents, and deliver software solutions of highest quality.
Responsible for source industrialization architectures for EUV source, and improving industrialization aspects such as automation, diagnostics, sequence optimization and cycle time reduction, MTTR reduction, cost of ownership reduction, etc.
Develops and maintains the specification document tree; writes and/or reviews key specification and design documentation, coordinates key reviews with Systems Engineering and Project Stakeholders to ensure functional specifications are aligned to system requirements.
Be willing to apply theoretical models, concepts, methods, and novel experimental techniques to quantitatively interpret performance of EUV source systems across a wide range of issues and multiple technical disciplines.
The Project Lead performs technical and non-technical project management activities at the Product/Cluster level for the introduction product/process improvements to the field, and managing change on shipped product within the ASML Customer Support Organization.
