Responsible for establishing accurate and quality project budgets for complete preconstruction phase which may include conceptual cost estimates developed from schematic or feasibility level information through final estimates based on the complete document packages.
Provide overall project ownership including technical and administrative direction, working closely with the project team. manage all aspects of safe project delivery including cost management, budget forecasting and scheduling and subcontract negotiations.
Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and develop construction methods consistent with contract documents, budget and schedule. Participate in purchasing and scheduling commitments with Project Manager.
