Strawberry & Arugula Salad: 1 Tbs. white balsamic or red wine vinegar tsp. honey tsp. kosher salt 1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil 4 cups arugula 1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped avocado, chopped 1 cup sliced strawberries 4 radishes, thinly sliced 1. Make the dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, salt, and oil. 2.Toss the arugula, basil, and avocado with the dressing, and top with the strawberries and radishes.
