Level III Support team member is responsible for resolving systemic process and system workload issues. These come in as trouble tickets that have been worked by local SA support that typically require a broader range of knowledge and authority to resolve.
Support the VMware vSphere environment including activities such as design, maintenance & troubleshooting. Handle ongoing maintenance e.g., service pack installations, hot fixes, software upgrades, etc.
Superior troubleshooting and technical support abilities with migrations, network connectivity, and security architectures. Knowledge of DoD enterprise network governance, policies, procedures and operations.
Integrating, planning, coordinating, and facilitating information system related activities such as upgrade of hardware and software, program and system design development of computer network software, and implementation of internet and intranet site software.
