Oversee implementation of the portfolio management system (Portfolio and Resource Management Solution, PRMS) within the business unit.
Demonstrates expertise in education process development, content creation and adult learning, communication skills, and coaching and management development.
Work with other quality management, determine appropriate staff levels, schedules, and resources. Work with other managers to understand priorities and plan resource and time allocation accordingly.
Lead the coordination and management of cross-functional team comprising of quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and engineering to develop, communicate, and measure progress against goals and metrics for program success.
Ensure timely independent quality assessment of systems, reports, internal/external facilities and documents that meet the company standard for quality and format.
Working as an integral member of pilot operations teams, developing manufacturing processes and transferring those processes into manufacturing.
Assures efficient delivery through report of special customer requests and arrangements.
Assimilate current research in order to master data on cooling procedures � Communicate professionally with Nurse Managers, Clinical Specialists, Clinical Educators, Staff Nurses and Physicians .
Work closely with other technology personnel to ensure the security of the environment and remediation of security events.
Informs customers of new and current products, backorders, general order status, current pricing structure, company policy changes, and forecasts for new needs.
Establishes and maintains appropriate documentation of activities in accordance with existing policies and procedures (Divisions, Corporate, and Regulatory compliance).
Working with a multifunctional team, authors assigned protocols, final study reports, manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed biomedical journals, meeting abstracts, internal reports, and presentations.
Conduct background research on indications and studies to establish references and scientific base.
Provide expert coaching on the full range of Lean & Six Sigma tools and methods (process improvement, design for Six Sigma and process management).
Consults with department managers and supervisors to assess training needs and develops training strategy.
Build relationship with and know key customers/distributors and major buying groups.
Assists in the development/improvement and issuance of documents supporting Change Control/Projects/CRs/Waivers/Risk Management/Non-conformances (MRRs)/etc.
