Work closely with Sales and Media teams to analyze sales pipeline and handle monthly forecasting, mid-month re-forecasting of projections based on latest media plans and monthly analysis of account performance.
Analyzes campaign performance reports to inform daily optimizations and testing recommendations. Provides strategic leadership on paid media budget, media spend allocation and KPIs, including target CPA, campaign structuring and other facets of paid media to achieve revenue goals.
Work with Product on internal optimization efforts (product and vendor level) especially creating and delivering data and results communication your external partners in a positive and encouraging manner.
Using analytics to assess content strategy and make results - driven decisions. Working closely with upper management to understand our audience and the data to establish goals and a path to exceed them.
Lead, manage and mentor the data engineering teams, engineering managers and individual contributors in building a world - class data warehousing environment that empowers analysts to deliver insights to stakeholders.
