Serving as a technical resource for wealth management strategies: estate, tax, and charitable planning; social security strategies; education savings; executive compensation; business succession; and retirement income planning.
Overseeing business development activities, including coaching affiliated advisors in identifying opportunities, completing sales processes, and managing ongoing client retention for individual and employer-sponsored retirement plans.
Working with offices to migrate sensitive client data between CRM systems, qualifying each office's needs and the system requirements, gathering and reconciling data, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new CRM system.
Identifying and promoting improvements to Commonwealth's SDLC for the overall development organization, including, but not limited to, areas such as version control, continuous integration, project build, and project deployment.
Adhering to software standards and principles agreed to by the Development team so that work is done to the highest-possible quality; coding complex web applications alongside other team members; taking responsibility for following best practices.
