Responsible for solution design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation to support data analysis, processing, reporting, and decision making
Manage solution analysis and modeling processes and activities, including facilitating sessions and developing and maintaining team processes to support the sessions.
Recommending improvements to business processes to ensure that the final solution enables cost savings to the State through process improvement

Manage the development of business, functional and non-functional requirements as a member of a large cross-functional team.
Partner with peers to implement a reusable business framework flushing out missed requirements and/or test scenarios.
Work with external and internal stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements and business processes.
Establish and maintain familiarity with all team related activities, evaluate client needs, goals and requirements to achieve overall objectives.
