Methodically troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with a world class research group; develop troubleshooting guidance for customer and in-house use.
Responsible for direct customer technical support via a multi-touch contact center, understanding, troubleshooting and providing solutions for technical issues pertaining to all products and services offered, escalating relevant cases to QA/R&D and following up with Engineering and customer.
Electric and/or hydraulic systems such as vehicle barriers, dock levelers, upstroke pit baler, electric sliding glass doors.
Mechanical, plumbing, energy management control systems (EMCS) where applicable, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment.
Experience overseeing Operations & Maintenance, Janitorial and Snow Removal is necessary.
Ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures, Federal, State, and Local personnel regulations.
Review projects to ensure compliance with building standards and to ensure that work meets tenant satisfaction.
