The Company Solution Engineer must be able to answer technical questions from channel partners, internal stakeholders and customers, as well as articulate Company solutions to both business and technical audiences at all levels.
Provide technical consulting and advisory services in the field. Services include technical workshops, design/code reviews, creating architecture designs, delivering training, short term development work, product extension/integration, solution optimization and ad-hoc technical inquiries from implementation teams.
Work with Product Management, QA Analysts, and Engineering to define non-functional requirements related to data scale, expected system performance, and volume elated load testing across multiple products.
Work with Account Executives and SEs in answering Security questions on any RFPs / Develop standard responses to Security RFP questions which can be leveraged by sales team; work with AEs on answering any non-standard questions; Be available to handle specific customer questions on Company security.

The Customer Success Manager 's involvement with the client will encompass the entire lifecycle of the relationship - beginning with the initial implementation and carry through to building a long-lasting relationship. Client interaction will be done primarily remotely, with occasional face to face meetings as warranted.
