Determine the strategic direction of the Vancouver and Manila call centers to ensure efficient and effective operations and to meet the overall business objectives
Regularly partner with the Infrastructure, Technical Support and development teams to deliver security related initiatives in a timely fashion.
Participate in design reviews and code reviews, help enforce best practices, coding guidelines and code quality.
Write and update documentation of requirements, design and source code.
Establish and maintain a process for planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting remedial action to address any deficiencies in the information security policies, procedures, and practices of the organization.
Provide assistance on technical design and architecture of business solutions, including client/server, service-oriented and web-driven architectures.
