Coordinates the clinical education and staff development programs for the rehab department. Assists with administrative tasks and development of new programs.
Manage the activities of a diverse group of professionals, non-professionals, and clerical associates.
Outside the system, communicates with vendors to provide continuing cost effective solutions and optimizing budgeted spending for the respiratory department.
This role will maintain an advanced understanding of revenue cycle including reimbursement methodologies to ensure net patient revenue is accurately reflected on the financial statements.

Responsible for the operational and financial oversight of the Perioperative Services department including responsibility for daily management and long term tactical planning and systems changes needed to optimize operational and financial efficiencies.
Responsible for Information Security policy development and maintenance; design of security policies, education, training, and awareness; monitoring for compliance with Catholic Health (CH) security policies and applicable laws.
This position will work closely with Treasury Services to ensure all expenses are properly accrued and related transactions are properly reflected on the respective financial statements.
The role will proactively engage members of the ministries/service lines teams to strive for cooperation, efficiency and results.
Responsible for providing staff development expertise as an educator, consultant, facilitator, change agent, leader, and researcher.
Responsible for maintaining appropriate department staffing and may provide direct patient care if staffing levels require.
