While at the Immanuel Rehabilitation Institute working on recovery from her stroke, Phyllis mentioned that she loves Legos. Her speech-language pathologist used Legos to help her follow directions, problem solve, improve memory, and figure out what needs to be done next. Phyllis often remarked how this helped not only her thinking skills but addressed her spirit as well! . . . . . . . . #legos #lifeafterstroke #strokesurvivor #health #wellness #rehab #rehabilitation #omaha #omahanebraska
