This position is responsible for sales, profit, site merchandising, and ecommerce operations for digital business. The director develops and executes the division's ecommerce conversion strategy to achieve financial objectives.

Serves as effective communication liaison between the region and the executive management; builds an effective network within the brand, across all brands, and in the market.
Responsible for achieving sales, gross margin, and profit goals of a specific omni-channel business through the selection, pricing and promotion of merchandise and by utilizing appropriate merchandising and management techniques to maximize the company's return on inventory investment and space in stores and online.
Provides space planning services and coordinates the details of each office move and furniture reconfiguration project communicating effectively with all contingencies and assuring accurate, timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
The Art Director will support the marketing objectives of the brand by following through with the creative design and production of marketing projects based on established schedules.

Provide training and instruction on analytics tool usage to brand/internal partners as needed.
Develop and maintain process and procedures for addressing planned and unplanned system outages as well as on-call scheduling and protocol.
